This project aims to develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills among 30 adult learners through a structured training program in Belgium. It will enhance training methodologies via job-shadowing, increase international competencies, and expand our European partnerships for future collaboration. We also seek to integrate experiential learning techniques into our curriculum, ensuring long-term improvements in leadership education.
Our organization applied for this project to address the leadership skill gaps among adult learners, including job seekers, aspiring entrepreneurs, and professionals. Many struggle with decision-making, strategic thinking, and communication, limiting their career growth. Additionally, our staff requires exposure to innovative training methodologies to improve leadership education. This project will provide structured learning, cross-cultural experiences, and new teaching approaches.
