To promote civic engagement, democracy and social cohesion, a peer learning activity is the best tool to enable the transfer of good practices between organizations and individuals. The aim of the mobilities is to strengthen those skills useful for effectively communicating the concepts of democracy and the promotion of civil rights in the context of the educational and cultural activities carried out by the Association.
NOE has been promoting active European citizenship for 30 years, encountering difficulties in involving citizens on an ongoing basis, who are often critical of the EU. We have noticed a great interest in issues related to democracy and human rights, which influence multiple aspects of society at a political, economic, social and cultural level. To promote engagement we therefore want to strengthen our knowledge about European commitment, encouraging dialogue with the main community players
