The objective of this project is to provide adult learners and educators with a transformative experience by performing a contemporary Italian opera abroad. We aim to enhance participants’ musical and professional skills through rehearsals and collaboration with local artists. The project also seeks to foster cross-cultural exchange, introduce sustainable and innovative production techniques - such as digital scenography - and promote international networking.
We applied for this project to provide our orchestra of adult learners and educators with a unique opportunity for cultural exchange and professional growth. The project offers a chance to perform a contemporary Italian opera in a different country, enhancing participants' musical skills, fostering international collaboration, and introducing innovative production techniques, including digital scenography. This experience will enrich their education and will expand their global network.
