We applied for this project to strengthen our team’s expertise in European project management, enabling us to design impactful initiatives that promote social inclusion, empowerment, and civic engagement. By enhancing staff skills in project writing, financial management, and EU policies, we aim to increase our capacity to support disadvantaged groups and foster European values. This will ensure long-term sustainability and expand our impact at local and international levels.
