We want to enhance the digital and methodological skills of our staff to improve adult education. The project will allow us to integrate innovative tools such as Web 2.0, gamification and storytelling in our courses, making them more engaging and accessible. Furthermore, we will strengthen our Erasmus+ network, fostering international cooperation and improving the inclusion of people with fewer opportunities.
We applied for this project to improve the quality of adult education by enhancing the digital and methodological skills of our staff. The mobility at Pixie Academy will allow us to integrate digital tools, gamification and storytelling into our courses, making them more inclusive and innovative. Furthermore, we will strengthen our Erasmus+ network, amplifying the impact of our educational activities.
