The objectives of the project are fully built on the needs and challenges faced by our staff. By the end of the project we expect our participants to be fully independent in the creation of digital communication content and materials in English language. The topics of the content and materials must be focused on sustainability and attract attention of the target group of the association. Moreover, we want to learn more about education opportunities for adult learners provided by Erasmus+.
It was decided to apply for the project after analysis of the current level of satisfaction of our staff with their competences needed in their work. We’ve seen that all of the staff agrees they need to improve their competences in the same sector (ability to communicate material on sustainability to the target group of association). We chose Erasmus+ mobility for adult learners, as adult education and lifelong learning is one of the key focuses of the European Union strategy for 2019-2027.
