Objectives

The project aims to tackle school drop-out, a key challenge for CPIA 1 Siena, which welcomes adult students, often migrants or dropouts, facing economic and social difficulties. Erasmus+ mobility will provide teachers with innovative tools to motivate students. Job shadowing will help adapt successful European strategies to the Italian context. Training courses will support new teachers, enhancing inclusion and fostering students' personal and professional growth.

Background

CPIA 1 Siena, with extensive Erasmus+ experience, is autonomously applying for the first time to fully master the planning process of an Erasmus project. Over the years, it has built a European network through Job Shadowing and EPALE, hosting teachers and sharing best practices. This project aims to strengthen collaborations, promote innovation, and fight school drop-out, a key priority in the PTOF, RAV, and Quality Certification 2024, by motivating students and teachers with new methodologies.
