The project aims to: - improve the digital and administrative skills of MONADU staff and volunteers, with the aim of promoting autonomous access to public and administrative services by vulnerable families. - transfer good practices focused on social inclusion, empowerment and conscious use of technologies This process will contribute to strengthening intervention on the territory and to creating replicable models of more effective and sustainable social assistance.
We submitted the application to respond to the growing socio-economic needs of our community in Potenza, where many families live in conditions of great vulnerability and lack essential digital and administrative skills to access public services. The project will strengthen the capacities of our staff and volunteers, promoting social inclusion and the transfer of good practices, with lasting impacts on the territory.
