The project aims to enhance the training model of Teatro dei Dioscuri, integrating digital innovations and non-formal methodologies to strengthen the organizational and communication skills of the staff. The objective is to improve the effectiveness in the management of cultural events, promote social inclusion and intercultural dialogue, and create a European network for the exchange of good practices and the valorization of theatrical heritage.
We submitted the application to respond to the critical issues of our territory, where cultural and educational opportunities are limited. Teatro dei Dioscuri, with its experience in theater and non-formal training, intends to innovate its educational model, enhancing the digital and communication skills of its staff and promoting social inclusion. The project will offer tools to strengthen intercultural dialogue and active participation in the artistic sector.
