Objectives

The project seeks to: Strengthen AI competencies among educators, enabling them to create inclusive, adaptive learning pathways tailored to disadvantaged learners. Develop AI-powered collective intelligence models that support digital identity, intercultural dialogue, and social inclusion. Implement AI-driven participatory learning ecosystems, ensuring that learners become active contributors rather than passive recipients of digital education.

Background

JUMP IN applied for this project to equip adult educators with AI-driven methodologies that enhance digital inclusion, employability, and social participation. Our educators work with migrants, low-skilled adults, and individuals at risk of exclusion, many of whom struggle with limited digital literacy and access to AI-enhanced learning tools. We aim to develop AI-based educational models that foster collective intelligence, social cohesion, and equitable learning opportunities.
