With PULSE we aim to Strengthen the multilingual, digital and transversal skills of 16 learners through a mobility course in Spain, in Seville. Consolidate digital and methodological skills and the teaching strategies adopted by involving 10 teachers in job shadowing activities in an educational institution in Spain as well as 4 ATAs in document management, administration and communication methods with external parties.
Due to the lack of cooperation between organisations, associations, companies and institutes in the area, initiatives to expand training and education are often implemented in other provinces and regions. With PULSE we want to strengthen the multilingual, digital and transversal skills of adult learners, consolidate the digital and methodological skills of teachers and improve the document management, administration and external communication skills of ATAs.
