The main objective of the project is to strengthen and enhance the skills of ECOLE staff through international mobility. Participants will develop new digital skills and methodologies, thus contributing to the improvement of the services offered, the management practices of the institution and, consequently, the process of their own digital transformation and that of all partner companies. The European network created will then strengthen ECOLE’s internationalization plan.
In the context of rapid technological changes, ECOLE aims to tackle the challenges of digitalization and innovation in the field of adult education, in order to encourage the development of the Lombardy productive sector. Through job-shadowing activities and training courses for its staff, ECOLE E-volution will improve its operational efficiency, consequently the offer of services and the ability to design educational programs, satisfying the needs of the territory.
