ACARBIO aims to train participants in permaculture, environmental regeneration, and sustainable development, encouraging their application in local communities. In addition to the PDC course, a Job Shadowing will provide hands-on experience with experts. The project will strengthen the international network, fostering cooperation between sustainability-focused organizations and creating new training opportunities.
ACARBIO applied for this project to address rural depopulation, promote biodiversity, and develop sustainable skills among NEET youth and unemployed adults. Permaculture training will provide practical tools for implementing regenerative models. Additionally, a Job Shadowing experience in a Spanish eco-village will offer hands-on learning, strengthening ACARBIO’s international network and creating new collaboration opportunities.
