To promote innovative teaching and learning approaches in the field of non-formal adult education to increase active participation and engagement. To provide practical tools based on best practices and European support programs.
The project for the staff is a fundamental necessity for our organization, as it addresses social, economic, and cultural challenges that particularly affect disadvantaged adults in rural areas. These new skills, knowledge, and abilities will have an additional impact on River's target groups. Despite being rich in traditions, craftsmanship, agriculture, and tourism, these areas suffer from isolation and a lack of development opportunities.
