We aim to improve the quality of our adult education in a cappella music, enhance our organization’s digital presence, and develop inclusive workshop models in which adults from all backgrounds can comfortably participate. This will help us broaden our impact in local and international concerts/events.
Due to insufficient digital promotion, a lack of pedagogical training for teaching adults, and a shortfall in inclusivity, our organization struggles to meet its artistic and educational goals. We applied for this project to learn from best practices across Europe and make our activities more accessible, innovative, and impactful.
