To enhance the professional development of 72 adult educators (24/partner org.) by equipping them with the knowledge/information related to how to use non formal educational activities based on arts/theatre 2. To foster, at the level of 120 people (50% Ukrainian refugees and 50% locals from other vulnerable groups) those horizontal competencies more and more requested on labour market 3.To support the capacity building of the 3 partner organisations to work transnationally&across sectors
