To facilitate the participation of adults in training courses in non-formal and informal settings to improve their basic skills, particularly those of citizenship, which promote inclusive processes. To increase access and participation of adults with fewer opportunities (adults over 60) to non-formal and informal educational paths to achieve greater skills that can more easily break down cultural, economic and linguistic barriers.
