Co3si aims to improve teachers' ability to support at-risk students through co-creation student coaching, enhance skills in managing bullying and well-being, and encourage parents to develop empathetic communication. It raises awareness of diversity through workshops and promotes an inclusive school environment where all voices contribute. Finally, it fosters trust, respect, and acceptance among students with activities at school and home, supported by co-creation coaching.
