Human-centricity is a cornerstone of Industry 5.0. ENGAGE 5.0, involving Politecnico di Milano, University of Bergamo, Warsaw University of Technology, Chalmers University of Technology, and Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, aims to advance human-centricity in engineering education. It leverages learning factories to enhance engineers' skills in designing and managing digitally enabled, human-centric production systems to foster prosperity and social sustainability.
