The primary objective of this project is to help higher education institutions’ pre-service teachers and in-service teachers (alumni in the area of education and HEI’s partners) to acknowledge the real conditions of the teaching profession and support their transition to work in education through evidence-based strategies that will develop future teachers’ resilience and retention.
