The Lemons-Back to Nature project aimed to foster the personal and professional growth of young people through the rediscovery of local agricultural traditions, particularly those related to lemon cultivation, while also promoting environmental sustainability, youth entrepreneurship, and social inclusion. Through hands-on activities, intercultural exchanges, and meetings with experts, the project aimed to improve participants' skills and employability, encouraging them to develop innovative ideas related to local resources, strengthen their sense of European citizenship, and contribute to the sustainable development of their communities. Furthermore, the project fostered a strong sense of community and a collaborative network between young people and partner organizations, which continue to maintain contacts and develop new collaborations between institutions and communities in different countries, for example, through the sharing of new project ideas and local initiatives related to sustainability and youth entrepreneurship.
