Digital skills and competencesInclusion of marginalised young peoplePreventing radicalisation

Objectives

The Arte Senza Confini (ASC) project aims to address the challenges young people, especially those from vulnerable backgrounds, face in finding spaces for growth and inclusion. The main goal is to offer opportunities for personal and professional development through the use of art as a universal and inclusive communication tool. In a rapidly changing world, many young people lack access to the same resources as others, risking falling into social exclusion or radicalization. Art becomes a means to stimulate creativity, break down cultural and social barriers, and promote integration, while also developing practical skills that meet labor market demands. The project aims to develop and enhance key competencies and soft skills useful in the labor market through art as a tool for personal and professional development. In particular, participants will have the opportunity to acquire practical skills in areas such as digital content creation, video editing, and photography, using art as a medium for learning these abilities. Practical workshops will focus on the development of digital skills, allowing young people to be prepared for an increasingly digitalized and connected future. Another objective of the project is to create an intercultural space where participants can explore and express their creativity through various artistic forms, such as visual art, photography, sculpture, and other artistic expressions. This space will become a place for dialogue and cultural exchange, where young people can express their identity, share experiences with others, and strengthen their sense of belonging to a community that welcomes and values them. The project also aims to increase awareness regarding digital learning and the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program, providing participants with the necessary tools to navigate the digital world and fully take advantage of the resources provided by the European Union. In this regard, focus will also be placed on tools and certificates such as YouthPass and Europass CV, which will allow participants to document the skills acquired during the project and use them to enrich their CV and professional profile. One of the most significant aspects of the project is the promotion of active citizenship, with particular attention to involving participants in their local communities. The project prepares young people to organize events, workshops, and follow-up activities, offering them the opportunity to be protagonists in the transformation of their communities, promoting values of solidarity and cooperation. Through these activities, young people will become ambassadors of the project’s values, carrying out positive initiatives and stimulating active participation in society. The project will foster the integration of young people from different countries and cultures, encouraging them to work together towards common goals. Interculturality and respect for differences will be at the heart of the project, aiming to promote mutual understanding, tolerance, and dialogue among young people, creating an inclusive and stimulating working environment. Finally, the project will contribute to promoting the values of the European Union, such as diversity, tolerance, mutual understanding, and environmental sustainability. Arte Senza Confini aims to be an example of how art, combined with solidarity and education, can break down barriers and foster the construction of a more inclusive and cohesive society, where young people are prepared to face the challenges of the future in a conscious and responsible way. By using art as a tool for expression and development, the project seeks to create a lasting positive impact on local communities and raise participants' awareness of the fundamental values of the European Union.
