Objectives

The project The Poetic Way to Live the World responds to the challenges many young people face today: disconnection from themselves, social isolation, and an increasing detachment from nature. In a context marked by anxiety, uncertainty, and difficulty in finding authentic spaces for expression, this project offers a transformative experience aimed at strengthening emotional well-being, creative empowerment, and active participation through an international youth exchange. GENERAL OBJECTIVE The project aims to promote the well-being, empowerment, and active participation of young people through a transformative youth exchange. It will help them reconnect with themselves, others, and nature, creating spaces where they can rediscover a sense of wonder, belonging, and responsibility towards the world. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES 1.To promote emotional and mental well-being: Provide young people with practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and isolation, improving self-awareness through mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and conscious movement practices. 2.To stimulate creative and relational empowerment: Create opportunities to explore emotions and develop authentic relationships through poetry, theater, music, dance, and other forms of creative expression. 3.To rediscover the connection with nature and promote sustainability: Engage young people in immersive nature-based activities, such as forest bathing and collaborative land art, to foster a sense of belonging and responsibility towards the environment. This approach aims to address the current needs of young people, helping them overcome discomfort, rediscover meaning, and actively participate in building more human, poetic, and sustainable communities.
