The project aimed to strengthen youth workers’ capacity to effectively operate in increasingly multicultural contexts. It sought to equip them with practical tools for intercultural communication, conflict management and inclusive facilitation, enabling them to transform cultural diversity into an opportunity for learning and social cohesion. Through an experiential training process and the exchange of good practices among participants from eight countries, the project intended to help them analyse multicultural dynamics from different perspectives and develop adaptable strategies for their local realities. A central objective was also to produce an intercultural toolkit collecting the most effective methods tested during the course, ensuring that the project’s impact extended beyond direct participants. Ultimately, the project aimed to provide youth workers with a transformative learning experience, fostering greater awareness of their role in promoting dialogue, inclusion and respect for diversity within their communities.
