What is the goal and objectives of this project, and how does it aim to improve the effectiveness of youth work practice? The main goal of this project is to enhance the capacity of youth workers to design and manage impactful initiatives that lead to real, measurable results. Many youth-led initiatives struggle to achieve their intended outcomes due to a lack of structured planning, clear objectives, and proper methodologies. This project seeks to address these gaps by providing participants with practical training in project design approaches such as Result-Based Management (RBM) and Theory of Change (ToC), which will empower youth workers to create projects that are not only structured and well-planned but also sustainable and goal-driven. By equipping youth workers with the necessary tools and methodologies, the project aims to foster a shift from simply executing activities to ensuring that those activities lead to meaningful, long-term change within communities. In this way, participants will improve their ability to design projects that are more aligned with the needs of their target populations, while also ensuring that these projects deliver measurable and impactful results. One of the main objectives is to strengthen the capacity of youth organizations as a whole. When youth workers are trained in key skills such as stakeholder engagement, needs assessment, and impact measurement, these improvements extend to the entire organization. As a result, the organization will benefit from more effective project execution, better resource allocation, and a stronger overall impact. In addition, this project places a strong emphasis on making sure that ideas are transformed into actionable plans. By the end of the mobility program, participants will have developed at least five project drafts, using the structured frameworks they’ve learned, ready to be implemented. This approach reinforces the practical aspects of the training and provides participants with tangible deliverables for future use. Moreover, the project is not just about technical skills but also about fostering professional growth. Youth workers will enhance their abilities in areas like analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, monitoring and evaluation, and fundraising. These skills are essential for ensuring that youth-led projects can secure the financial backing they need and are effectively managed. The training will also incorporate the use of digital tools for project management, improving efficiency and collaboration. International cooperation and networking are central to the success of this project. By bringing together youth workers from different countries, this project encourages the exchange of best practices, knowledge, and experiences. The international aspect will help participants build valuable relationships that can lead to future partnerships, collaborations, and initiatives, strengthening the youth work sector across Europe. The project’s overall objective is to improve the quality and effectiveness of youth work. By providing youth workers with the right skills, frameworks, and tools, the initiative will enable them to design and implement projects that truly meet the needs of young people in their communities. Over the long term, this will help build more sustainable, strategic, and impactful initiatives. From a youth work practice perspective, the project is designed to help participants develop the ability to design structured projects that deliver measurable results. A key focus will be on helping youth workers develop clear and realistic project goals, which they will learn how to define in a way that is both achievable and impactful. Participants will be introduced to monitoring and evaluation methods, enabling them to track progress, assess impact, and make adjustments as needed. This is vital for ensuring that projects not only meet their objectives but also lead to lasting change. Strategic planning and stakeholder engagement are also a core part of the training. Youth workers will gain the skills needed to identify key stakeholders, assess community needs, and design projects that are directly aligned with those needs. Understanding how to build partnerships and engage various groups effectively will ensure that the projects are more relevant, impactful, and supported by those who are involved. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the project will provide ample opportunities for hands-on practice. Participants will develop real project drafts using the frameworks learned during the training, ensuring that the knowledge gained can be directly applied in future initiatives. They will also explore non-formal education methodologies, which will equip them with the tools to create more engaging and impactful initiatives. A key component of the project is the focus on sustainability and innovation. Youth workers will be encouraged to design projects with a long-term vision, focusing on solutions th
