The Natural Intelligence project aims to transform youth work practices by equipping youth workers with innovative nature-based methodologies to foster holistic development, resilience, and well-being among disadvantaged young people. The project addresses the pressing need to integrate sustainable, experiential, and nature-connected approaches into youth work, enhancing youth workers' ability to support vulnerable young people in adapting to life’s challenges, strengthening mental well-being, and developing ecological awareness. The main objectives of the project are: 1.Strengthening the professional capacity of 24 youth workers by improving their skills in holistic facilitation, resilience-building, and emotional well-being support. 2. Introducing and applying the Natural Intelligence framework, helping youth workers integrate body, mind, heart, and soul into youth development, making learning experiences more transformative. 3. Promoting nature-based education and sustainability as key tools in youth work, ensuring ecological awareness becomes a core component of youth empowerment. 4. Increasing the capacity of 7 youth organizations to implement innovative holistic methodologies, enhancing the quality of non-formal education for young people facing economic, social, and psychological barriers. 5. Fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among European youth workers, creating a network for learning, sharing best practices, and innovating youth work. Through practical activities, mentorship, and multiplier workshops, the project will equip youth workers with concrete tools to create meaningful, inclusive, and nature-rooted learning experiences, ensuring a lasting impact on the young people they support.
