Objectives

The "Youth Work Promoters" project was designed to address the need to enhance the communication and digital skills of youth workers, which are often lacking in the sector. The primary objective was to strengthen the ability of youth workers to effectively and professionally promote their activities, Erasmus+ opportunities, and the value of youth work. Through practical and interactive training, the project aimed to develop skills in digital marketing, storytelling, social media management, and multimedia content creation, thus fostering more strategic and engaging communication. At the same time, the initiative aimed to improve the visibility and communication strategy of partner organizations, supporting them in updating their digital channels and producing promotional materials. An additional objective was to create a stable European network of 27 youth workers and 9 organizations, aimed at exchanging best practices and developing shared communication strategies at the transnational level. To ensure the sustainability of its results, the project included the creation of a handbook on youth promotion, a practical and replicable tool for consolidating the skills acquired and disseminating them to other professionals. Finally, the project's highly experiential approach allowed participants to put the skills acquired during the training into practice, managing the communication of a real event and experimenting with promotion strategies in real contexts, with the aim of making youth opportunities more accessible and visible.
