The project "S.L.A.Y. - Sparking Learning Adventures for Youth" aims to strengthen the skills of youth workers in designing, facilitating, and evaluating non-formal educational activities, enhancing the quality of youth work and its impact on young people. Through innovative methodologies and practical tools, youth workers will be able to create more engaging and inclusive learning experiences, tailored to the needs of the groups they work with. The goal is to increase the confidence and autonomy of youth workers in leading educational activities, reducing dependence on expert trainers and enhancing the capacity of partner organizations to promote meaningful learning processes. The project will also encourage the sharing of best practices among youth workers from different countries, fostering international cooperation and the dissemination of innovative approaches in youth work.
