The Evergreen Deal addresses two key challenges: climate change and the detachment of young people from democratic life. The project aims to strengthen youth participation by creating spaces for dialogue with policy makers and promoting sustainable strategies in line with the 11 Youth Goals and the European Green Deal. The initiative reduces the distance between institutions and the younger generation, offering tools to make political debate more accessible and inclusive, with a special focus on young people with fewer opportunities. Through non-formal education, workshops and practical activities, participants will develop skills to translate ideas into concrete actions and contribute to the development of local green policies. The project encourages participation in Erasmus+ and European mobility programmes, preparing young people to be responsible citizens and key actors in the future of sustainability.
