The project aims to strengthen the democratic participation of young people by offering them concrete tools to understand and experience the European legislative process. Through an institutional simulation, participants will acquire skills on EU governance, political negotiation and environmental policies, while developing debating skills, critical thinking and active citizenship. The main objectives are to bring young people closer to the functioning of European institutions and to raise awareness on sustainability issues and EU environmental policies, providing participants with up-to-date knowledge on climate change, circular economy and biodiversity. Finally, the project aims to create a dialogue between young people and local institutions, encouraging the active involvement of participants in their communities and promoting the replicability of the initiative in other educational contexts.
