The project is inspired by YG n.7 (Quality Employment) and focuses on the evolving world of work and how young people can navigate these changes, including through the development (from the bottom up) of a position paper and an advocacy campaign on these issues. The main objectives of the project are: - To raise awareness among up to 5,000 young people about the challenges and opportunities of the world of work and to disseminate useful knowledge; - To enhance the soft skills of at least 80 young people by developing essential transversal skills; - To facilitate a critical reflection on the skills required by the labour market of the future, fostering dialogue between young people, labour market experts, and policymakers; To promote the Erasmus+ program and other EU instruments (such as the Youth Guarantee, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs) that can help young people prepare for the jobs of the future, including through valuable volunteering and skills development opportunities.
