Creative Democracy offers young people, especially the disadvantaged, the opportunity to integrate art into civic participation. Through arts promotion, digital storytelling and public art, they will gain skills in leadership, activism and policy. The project promotes collaborative governance by providing creative and digital tools to influence policy debate, engage communities and strengthen European democratic identity.
