An Erasmus+ project is an opportunity to make a significant step from a local organisation to a European one. For us, it is an opportunity for new quality, knowledge and competences. For our staff, it is about consolidating, confirming and complementing their professional qualifications. It is also a means of maintaining the emotional and psychological well-being and satisfaction of our employees. These factors lead to an improvement in the quality of work, diversification of services.
NTAC Korys is currently implementing its first Erasmus+ KA1 project. This is our first attempt to integrate into European adult education activities. We have realized that operating solely at the local level makes it difficult to achieve the desired results. A broader, European perspective is necessary.
