To update knowledge and skills on intergenerational cooperation within the Practice Enterprise environment, and to integrate career guidance and motivation methods into PE programmes and activities. 2. To exchange good practices in teaching and training organisation internationally, thereby improving the learning process in Practice Enterprises.
The Lithuanian Practice Enterprise Association “LIBA” continuously seeks to ensure that all members who organise and deliver training within the Lithuanian Practice Enterprise network address the key career development needs of today’s young people. The Association also promotes the international exchange of good practices in teaching and training organisation, aiming to strengthen its members’ competences and provide new impetus for the further development of the Practice Enterprise model.
