The project aims to: 1. To improve the management and language competences of the association's human resources in order to increase the quality of the organization and the implementation of adult education projects. 2. To increase the competences of adult educators in new areas of the association's activities. 3. To strengthen the subject and general competences of the learners, increasing the participation of adult learners of the association in international activities.
The project aims to strengthen the abilities of Association "Viva Sol" members, educators and learners. Until now, Association "Viva Sol" has successfully carried out adult education activities, organized trainings and seminars, but there is a noticeable need to continue improving the quality of the activities carried out, update the forms and topics of training and educational events, improve the qualifications of educators and establish international relations with new partners.
