The project aims to build youth leadership and ensure the development of Scouting in the regions. The project aims to develop at least 125 youth leaders (25% of the participants) who will acquire competences to lead groups, organise events and coordinate activities independently. At least 4 new Scout units will be set up in areas where there were no previous Scouting activities. By the end of the project, the aim is to involve at least 500 young people, at least 200 of whom will be young people with fewer opportunities, giving them equal opportunities to participate in the activities. The training and mentoring sessions will allow for the development of youth leadership and project management competences, which will directly contribute to the growth and continuity of the organisation. Partnerships with municipalities and educational institutions will be developed, with at least 5 new cooperation agreements signed.
