Through this project, we aim to: 1. Strengthen cross-sector collaboration – by equipping staff with tools to foster strategic partnerships and movement-building. 2. Improve inclusion and accessibility – by developing staff skills to engage marginalised learners, create diverse learning environments and strengthen network diversity. 3. Enhance resilience and long-term engagement – by integrating regenerative strategies to support sustained learner involvement in eco-social action.
As the climate and social crises intensify, we have seen a critical need to equip our educators with advanced skills to drive meaningful change. Our 2016 and 2018 Erasmus+ projects laid the foundation, but we recognise that to scale impact, we must strengthen cross-sector collaboration, inclusion, and resilience-building amongst learners. This project is a crucial next step, allowing us to innovate, expand accessibility, and empower learners to advance the eco-social transition.
