We want to achieve that Youngsters who have language barriers (in English for example) can have a chance to look for a job in a foreign company as many youngsters today have more and more problems finding jobs. That's also why we want to teach techniques and give them tools to use for job search. But also motivate them to perhaps organize a Job day or smth similar for the youngsters of their country. But what make us implement the project most is that we saw that the Youth Unemployment grow higher and higher. even in a country like Luxembourg, we have a percentage of 15+% of young people having trouble finding jobs. I suppose it is because of the language barrier and the lack of skills for job interviews. Also not knowing what tools can be used. At our Youth-center we see that most youngster writing a letter for a job and a CV that those are so badly written that most companies will ignore it. All those points motivated us to implement this project. The main objectives are the following: - addressing the problem of growing youth unemployment in Europe, finding causes and searching for ways to prevent it - empower young people to effectively transform their skills and preferences into employment. - enhance employ-ability and improve career prospects As a Youth-center working with Teenagers everyday, we saw that there is a problem with job search so we think this is a great help for youngsters to learn an get new skills concerning job search. Be it on a national level or on European level.
