As a result of the project, participants would like to acquire comprehensive and in-depth practical skills in the use and selection of non-formal learning methods, combined with technology and AI tools, in order to find new and innovative approaches to the design and delivery of adult learning courses, as well as to gain international experience, contacts, exchange of views, new ideas in lifelong learning. The capacity to design and deliver modern inclusive training courses will be improved.
The project will provide new, innovative knowledge, approaches and skills for adult educators working in a marginally geographically located region. This up-to-date knowledge then will be used in training and lifelong learning of adults and seniors. The project will provide the opportunity to attend high quality, tailor-made training courses with an international dimension, which would not have been possible without the support of the project. This is an opportunity to learn new tools quality.
