By implementing the project, we aim to enhance the knowledge of VET educators in car diagnostics, introduce foreign practices in working with BOSCH diagnostic equipment, and develop a new non-formal education program, "Car Diagnostics with BOSCH Diagnostic Systems" (160 hours) for adult learners. This will contribute to improving the quality of vocational training and addressing current labor market needs.
To develop adult education, it is essential to have up-to-date programs based on labor market needs and knowledgeable, competent educators who can create and deliver such programs. By training and providing opportunities for VET educators to enhance their competencies, we gain more motivated employees (teaching and non-teaching staff) and new non-formal education program and learning materials for the advancement of adult education.
