Objectives

The project objectives are: 1. Update and deepen our educational staff’s competencies in facilitation and conflict resolution in order to expand our educational curriculum 2. Provide our staff with knowledge on sustainable working practices as well as burnout prevention and better team collaboration practices 3. Enhance the strategic planning skills of our educational staff to strengthen program development and create a more efficient and impactful curriculum for our learners.

Background

Green Liberty aims at educating the civil society about social and environmental implications of current trends in consumerism, trade and globalisation through educational activities and cultural events. Our main challenge is to make sure we are providing adult education that is engaging, involves innovative teaching methods and an elaborate program that is taught by an enthusiastic team. We would like to use this project to upskill our educational staff in order to achieve that.
