Objectives

We seek to create an engaging, supportive, and sustainable learning environment not only for learners but also for educators. The best practice workshops are designed to reduce burnout, strengthen teaching effectiveness, and provide tools to help educators to overcome psychological barriers. Our goal is to equip educators with practical strategies such as storytelling and mindfulness to enhance inclusive non-formal education, improve learner engagement, and support educator well-being.

Background

The project "Work-Life Balance Strategies for Educators" addresses educator burnout, improve their engagement in non-formal education, and enhance inclusion for diverse learners. The educators face challenges in maintaining work-life balance and finding effective teaching methods. We aim to create a supportive learning environment, increase motivation and well-being, and provide teachers with sustainable strategies to enhance their professional career.
