By implementing the project, the NGO "Dēms" wants to promote and transform the knowledge, skills and attitudes of its adult educators in such areas as modern pedagogical approaches, creativity and art education, cultural heritage and its interpretation, social theatre and the intercultural dimension. We want to create a strong platform of adult educators who are motivated to transfer the acquired knowledge both for the implementation of the project's follow-up events and in longterm.
The project is the response of the association "Dēms" to the growing demands of modern society for a quality lifelong learning offer, which in our reality is limited by the geographical location of the Gulbene District, as well as the priorities of the municipality. The project allows enabling the capacity of educators in the informal sector to ensure the adult learning process both during and after the project.
