To gain international experience by learning about the types of training that are most successful in learning digital technologies for use in work or life, and what training methods are used for adult training in other EU countries. To gain new ideas on how adults in other EU countries successfully implement digital solutions in their activities. To promote the competitiveness of members and their ability to adapt to modern digital challenges by integrating in their own and the socity future.
The aim of the project was to acquire skills and knowledge about new innovative technologies, their faster and more successful acquisition and practical application by the educated residents of the Gulbene Farmers' Association (NGO). The project focuses on digital tools and a learning method for acquiring digital tools in Portugal for the acquisition, addition and growth of knowledge of members.
