Objectives

The project had three main objectives: to strengthen participants' digital competences, particularly in the use of AI and digital tools in education; to improve intercultural competence and gain practical methods for working with diverse learner groups; and to expand Eurofortis' international cooperation network through knowledge exchange and collaboration with education professionals from other European countries.

Background

Eurofortis is an adult education organisation working with educators and professionals in training and international cooperation. To respond to increasing digitalisation and growing cultural diversity in education, we identified a need to strengthen our digital competences, intercultural skills, and international cooperation capacity. The project was designed to support professional development and improve the quality of our educational activities.
