The project will improve the quality of BPVV teaching, ensuring the development of students' professional and digital skills in an international environment. 60% of participants come from disadvantaged groups, so mobility will increase their motivation to work in their field and integrate into the European labor market. Teacher shadowing will help introduce innovative teaching methods and artificial intelligence tools, strengthening BPVV's competitiveness and cooperation with foreign partners.
BPVV, as a rural school, faces a declining student population and educational optimization risks. This project enhances education quality through international experience, boosts students' professional and digital skills, and increases motivation for career growth. It strengthens the school's competitiveness by fostering innovation, international cooperation, and aligning education with labor market demands, ensuring better opportunities for regional youth.
