The "(Mind)Crafting Emotions" project aims to enhance emotional intelligence and digital well-being among young people by fostering self-awareness, resilience, and responsible online behavior through non-formal education. The project addresses youth challenges in the digital era and provides tools for emotional expression and self-regulationusing creative methodologies. The objectives of the project are to: • Provide a safe and inclusive space for young people to explore and express their emotions. • Offer creative workshops using visual arts, performing arts, and multimedia projects as tools for emotional expression and self-discovery. • Deepen participants' understanding of emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, and social skills. • Equip young people with digital literacy skills to navigate online spaces responsibly and critically assess digital content. • Promote responsible digital citizenship, encouraging ethical online behavior, respectful communication, and mindful social media use. • Empower young people to make informed decisions in their digital and emotional lives. • Foster peer-to-peer learning and community-building among participants to encourage mutual support and learning beyond the project. • Develop creative outputs (e.g., digital stories, artistic projects, social campaigns) to share knowledge and experiences with a broader audience. Through experiential learning, intercultural exchange, and digital education, we seek to equip young people with lifelong skills to navigate emotional and digital challenges, fostering well-being and self-expression.
