Objectives

The goal of our project is to promote young people's understanding of the impact of the comfort zone on personal growth and civic engagement by fostering an active lifestyle, social responsibility, and involvement in societal processes. Through this project, we aim to provide young people with knowledge about the effects of the comfort zone on brain function, the learning process, and personal development, as well as encourage them to take bold steps, break free from routine, and gain new experiences. We want to enhance young people's awareness of how expanding the comfort zone contributes to development, and to find methods and strategies to reduce procrastination and encourage meaningful use of free time. In the project, we plan to discover acceptable ways to step out of the comfort zone and broaden it, understand the reasons why young people often choose not to leave their comfort zones, and identify practical tools and techniques to motivate themselves to overcome laziness and fear.We aim to encourage young people to embrace new challenges in a safe and supportive environment and engage in activities that help overcome the fear of failure and criticism, while also promoting an active lifestyle that enhances both physical and mental health.Throughout the project, we plan to create an environment in which young people will be motivated to share experiences and support one another, while developing their communication skills and social responsibility. In addition, we want to help young people develop the ability to plan their time, motivate themselves, and explore their strengths, encouraging them to actively participate in community and volunteer work, thereby strengthening their sense of responsibility and belonging to the community. Overall, this project will help young people overcome obstacles that hinder their personal growth and inspire them to become determined, active, and socially engaged individuals.
