Objectives

The management of the "Healing Footprint" project will be organized in full compliance with the Erasmus+ Youth Quality Standards to ensure high quality, participant involvement, and a positive impact on all stakeholders. The project will be built on close cooperation between partner organizations that have been actively working together from the very beginning, maintaining regular online communication and sharing experiences to develop a project that addresses the needs of all participants. Young people have been fully involved in shaping the project, from idea development to activity planning, and will continue to actively participate in all stages of the project. This approach promotes youth involvement in decision-making processes and helps them realize their significance and potential. During the project, young people will be responsible for implementing many activities, including leading national evenings, organizing reflection sessions, and creating a methodological booklet that will compile the methods used in the project. Such involvement not only ensures the project aligns with Erasmus+ principles but also provides young people with opportunities to develop their competencies and personal growth. To ensure effective project management and successful implementation, partnership agreements will be signed with all partner organizations. These agreements will clearly define the responsibilities and roles of each organization, including tasks related to participant selection, preparation, logistical organization, and ensuring safety. Regular online meetings with partner organizations will be held to ensure all steps are coordinated and that the Erasmus+ quality standards are followed. Partner organizations will support participants at all stages, considering their needs, and will also play an active role in project evaluation and dissemination of results. Special attention will be given to integrating the Youthpass learning process to ensure that all participants are aware of and can structure their learning experiences. At the end of each day, participants will take part in reflection sessions focused on competence development and documentation. Various non-formal education methods will be used to help participants analyze what they have learned and understand how it relates to their personal growth and future opportunities. At the end of the project, all participants will receive Youthpass certificates, serving as recognition of their acquired skills and as a practical tool for future education or the labor market. The project is particularly focused on promoting the mental health of young people, and this goal will remain central throughout the project. Activities based on nature therapy and art therapy methods will be organized to help young people overcome stress, develop emotional balance, and understand their mental health needs. Reflection sessions and non-formal education methods will be used to strengthen participants' emotional intelligence and skills needed for stress management and emotional development. Organizers and mentors will provide constant support to participants, creating a safe and inclusive environment where they can freely express their needs and concerns. Moreover, as part of the project, a methodological booklet will be created to compile all the methods tested and best practices used during the project. This booklet will serve as a valuable resource not only for participants and organizations but also for other communities and youth workers who wish to implement these methods in their work. Through the creation of the booklet, participants will not only solidify their knowledge but also contribute to the sustainability of the project, ensuring its outcomes remain accessible even after the project ends. All stages of the project—from preparation to evaluation—will be conducted in adherence to Erasmus+ quality standards, including the principles of inclusion, diversity, and active youth participation. "Healing Footprint" will not only provide young people with an opportunity to participate in an international exchange but will also promote their mental health, personal development, and capacity to become active members of society.
