Physical and mental health, well-beingInclusion of marginalised young people

Objectives

Today's young people are increasingly faced with the problem of unhealthy habits, insufficient physical activity, malnutrition and mental health challenges. Although young people learn health lessons in schools, many are not sufficiently aware of the importance of a healthy lifestyle or are confronted with the misinformation available on the social media they use. In other cases, family habits, low motivation and lack of resources are also factors that hinder young people's ability to adopt and follow healthy habits in their daily lives. To address these challenges, the project offers young people the opportunity to engage in intercultural dialogue and learn new approaches to health promotion from different countries, promoting openness and exchange of experience. The project will address young people's needs and challenges related to the promotion of healthy lifestyles, intercultural dialogue and personal development, enabling young people to learn in practice, share experiences and build a healthier and more responsible society. The aim of the project is to educate young people about the importance of a healthy lifestyle using non-formal education methods, offering motivational and practical activities to raise awareness about healthy eating, physical activity and measures to improve mental well-being, generally creating long-term healthy habits that will promote intercultural dialogue and personal growth, as well as increase social participation and civic activity among young people.
